Welcome

The National Association of Housing for Visually Impaired (NAHVI) was set up to address the long term needs of young people with a visual impairment who may also have an additional disability for example a learning, hearing or physical disability and those who have complex needs as a result of social, cultural, economic or emotional factors.

 

Our residents may be:

• Recent Vocational Training graduates of St. Joseph's Centre for the Visually Impaired, Drumcondra
• Attending or recent graduates of the National Council for the Blind Ireland
• In further education or undergoing training at specialist or mainstream agency
• Employed in open, sheltered or supported employment.
